Welcome back to our Best Plants for Mind, Body & Soul series, as we launch into part II with a look into the unique healing properties of cloves.

Cloves are the dried flower buds that come from the Syzygium aromaticum tree. This tree is indigenous to the Maluka Islands of Indonesia but are now cultivated in many places including India and Brazil.
