I've been a counselor and coach in one capacity or another for over 3 decades so there are many experiences I could relate. Here are two recent ones. 1. I have a client who came to me for help starting a business. She soon revealed that there were serious marital problems that were making starting her business more difficult. I helped her to see how she was contributing to her own problem by allowing her family to make unreasonable demands on her time and energy. She was actually enabling them to take advantage of her. With coaching, she established a HEALTHY dynamic in her family and adjusted their expectations of her. Her improved self-image and new positive actions caused positive reactions. There dramatic improvements in her marriage and family situation. She was then able to start her business. 2. I have a client, a young man, who wants a serious, long-term relationship but, instead, only has brief encounters with many women that end after a few weeks or months. I helped him to identify his own true priorities and to understand the difference between infatuation and love. Although he is still looking for the right woman, he now understands what he really values in a woman and has already eliminated some self-defeating behavior that damaged relationships before.

I began my life of counseling and mentoring very young as a minister in my church. Eventually, I left the church and continued counseling and coaching in non-religious situations. Helping people both religious and non-religious contexts gave me a deep understanding of human nature and lots of experience. After some time I attended an ICF accredited school for Life Coaching where I was trained by master coaches. At last, I was certified as a Professional Life Coach (C.P.C.) There is something more I bring to the table when I coach and counsel: Since I was a small boy I've been blessed with very strong intuition. This intuitive approach, also known as a psychic or "sixth" sense, has enabled me to get to the root causes of a client's problems and find solutions.

Combining coaching with psychic/intuitive impressions makes me a superb counselor. This is not just my own opinion. I have had many testimonials from clients. My specialty is helping people with relationships of all kinds. I also help people repair their own self-image, self-confidence and sense of self-worth.
