She is absolutely unprofessional! I asked her to look into my POI and she literally asked me to give her background information. She said (can you tell me what's going on)? Wow. Then she said he would come back on the 25th of August and I asked why then. She then said (I don't know, you should ask him) in a nasty, flippant tone. She is 100% NOT PSYCHIC. I hung up after less than 2 minutes. She needs to subsidize her income some other way...this is not the gig for her!!!
