Past life regressions are a form of Hypnotherapy in which I will take you back to a previous incarnation of yourself. You will be guided through that incarnation of yourself and get to know who you were. This can be an extremely experience! What can a caller expect from a consultation with you?
A past life regression session should be done over the phone. You can expect to be hypnotized through the use of guided imagery and you will relax and your mind will move into an altered state. You will then be guided through your past life and you will be asked questions about your gender, clothing, the town you lived in, the people in your life, and any major events that may have taken place in that lifetime. You will be in total control and be able to come out of the altered state if you feel uncomfortable at any time during the session,

I have done Past Life Regressions and many other types of Hypnotherapy sessions, I received my training at The Southwestern Institute of Healing Arts.
