Very aggregated by this reader. Continuously kept saying she could not hear me I didn't have any issues with any other reader hearing me. She kept wasting my money and time. I won't be calling back. I know she could hear my questions.she was trying to not answer on purpose. How rude. I'll be calling customer service for a refund
