IDK why they always ask "how long you've been talking..." and the reception was bad

mystic billy crystal replied:Yes agreed the connection on the phone was horrible but that was not my fault and I asked you how long you have been talking to each other for because for all I know this person doesn't want you and you haven't talked to each other in 7 years but if you gave more opportunity and time instead of only spending about 1 minute on the phone maybe you would have got some insight
