Thank you for your time, as the second time I called back because she asked if I could back in an hour I felt a little rushed in the reading and was hoping for a little more detail into what she looked into and then it seemed like the answers were a yes just to get me off the phone. As a customer and someone who works if you don't have the time just say it. In addition limit background noise as the caller my feel you don't have his/her full attention even though you may feel that you do. Just a suggestion from a paying customer. Thank you
