There are very few advisors who can pick up on the situation without asking any questions. And she is one. All I asked was if POI would contact again and how he is feeling. She picked up how he wants to work on the relationship and realizes he did wrong and wants to apologize. She nailed it not because it is a positive answer but because I had ended the relationship a few days ago and I didn't tell her anything. I am updating... her prediction on POI contacting me by today did not happen which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
