letting your Spirit-Self communicate with you through Journaling

Letting your Spirt-self Communicate with you through Journaling

Do you feel like you have a hard time connecting with your inner voice, or listing to your intuition? If you are looking to connect with your soul but don’t know where to start automatic writing is an easy way to open yourself up to…yourself. The best thing about automatic writing is that anybody can do it. All you need is a pen, a piece of paper, and an open mind.

For some people, automatic writing comes naturally. All you have to do is write down a question on a piece of paper and then allow your mind and body to be guided into writing down the answer. If you find yourself struggling with receiving the answer, don’t worry, sometimes it takes time to drop our guard and let our inner voices become our outer voices.

Before anything begins, make sure you have your pen and paper to hand. Sit down at a desk and get comfortable, removing any clutter that might distract you. Ask only one question. Then open your mind and body up to your soul by entering a meditative state, removing other issues and thoughts from your mind. Then relax control on your hand and let the words flow from you. It is really important to not think too much about what you are writing at this step! This is the point where your unconsciousness is open and full of ideas and knowledge. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to write things that you may think make sense. Just allow anything that comes to you to be written down.

Keep trying even if it doesn’t work for you right away. When practiced daily, automatic writing will deepen your connection with both yourself and the universe around you. You will begin to feel a oneness within yourself, and a deeper understanding of your place in the world. With automatic writing, you are exercising your intuitive and spiritual abilities. Any psychic abilities that you may have will improve, and you will gain the clarity that you have been searching for.
