Text me one time n never responded back after I asked about my refund because it took $5 from my account even though we never spoke. I just wish she was fair n refunded me back my money or send a credit. Instead she ignored my text once I told her what happened through text message which also charged my account. Don't think I'll be calling Back this is the second time this has happened with this reader

Very disappointed in this reader. She took $5 from my account we never got connected. I ask for a refund she ignored my text message I sent.

This is not the first time this has happened but it takes funds from my account and I never get connected to speak with this reader. It took $5 from my account even though I didn't get to even speak to her at all. I want to know if my funds will be replaced …. I called customer service but if she can put a credit to my account that would be good Please add the $5 back to my account. I can't afford to waste money
