I was trying to get the $10.50 deal with this young lady and at the end instead of telling me Ma'am I'll give you your money back. All she kept on telling me I can't hear you, I can't hear you call me back I told her I was on the special. But she did hear me when I told her I was going to give her a bad review. Want the refund this is not the way to keep your customers you should have told me you were going to refund me, but all you told me was to call you back. You never found a solution. So upset!!! I call Psychic.com all the time and I never had this issue.

Hello we spoke on the phone earlier I couldn't hear you I asked you if you would mind calling back for better a better connection you accused me of lying and you argued and threatened to leave a bad review I tried to explain I was only hearing every other word I apologize you didn't enjoy your experience with me but I cannot help that you wanted the first time call special and the line was crackly many love and light
